Fr. Lamb announced that Brother Charles Welsh, brother of our namesake, Msgr. Welsh, passed away early on 7/22. I have no information on arrangements yet.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Ed Harley passed away on Tuesday, May 15. Edgar was a long-time Financial Secretary of our council, and was a member of the KofC for 61 years. Cantankerous though he could sometimes be, Ed was also a good friend to many of us.

Brother Gene Bursi, a member of the KofC for 62 years and the father of Ricky Bursi, passed away on Sunday, May 6. Gene had been in the hospital and in nursing care for many months. Visitation is set for Tuesday, May 8 at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, with a Rosary at 7:00.

I have learned this afternoon that Monsignor Heymer passed away last night, Thursday, April 26. Please keep him in your prayers. When I have information about the arrangements, I will post them here.
