For the Repose of the Soul of David Morrison

Please pray for the repose of the soul of my father-in-law, David Morrison. Dave passed away a few minutes ago after a long bout with kidney and heart problems. The good news is he had plenty of time to tell all of us how much he loved us. He was a big man with a whole lot of love inside him. Also, please pray for my wife Kathy and her family, especially her mom, as they make their preparations to say goodbye.

Dear Kathy,

My wife and I both lost our fathers in recent years, so we can understand your feeling of loss — and also the profound sadness that your mother must be experiencing. We pray that your family will be able to share many happy memories as they gather for the funeral.

Be assured of the prayers of my family and of Mark's "extended family" in the Knights of Columbus.
